Jacob “Jake” Clifford Hillerby of Kincardine died suddenly Wednesday, June 21, 2017, while on vacation with family in Vancouver. He was just one day short of his first birthday. Cherished infant son of Richard and Jacqui (née Robinson) of Kincardine. Lovingly remembered by his twin sister, Robin. Dear grandson of John and Sue Hillerby of Collingwood and Clifford and Tisha Robinson of Scarborough. Loved nephew of James (Satsuki) Hillerby, Rob (Emma) Hillerby, Dave (Liz) Hillerby, Christine (Ray) Logel and Kathryn (Kurt Froehlich) Robinson. Sadly missed by his cousins, Melody Hillerby, Simon Hillerby, Eddie Hillerby, Miles Hillerby, Ally Logel, Julie Logel and Thomas Froehlich. Jacob will be remembered by his many caring friends. Visitation will be held at the Davey-Linklater Funeral Home, Kincardine, Wednesday, June 28, from 6-8 p.m. Jake’s funeral service will be held at the Kincardine United Church, Thursday, June 29, 2017, at 11 a.m., with Pastor Judy Zarubick officiating. Private family interment, Kincardine Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to Ronald McDonald House Charities Canada (RMHC Canada) would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
