Sunday, the Wolves travelled to Tillsonburg to face the team with the second most points in the league (22), though they have played two more games than Ripley, which has 20 points.

The game flipped back and forth all night, eventually going to a shoot-out, which Ripley won to go home with the two points (Tillsonburg got one point).

Wolves goals were scored by Britton (2), Nick Seiler, Tyler Soehner, Brent Walton and Weijak, with Britton and Walton scoring in the shoot-out.

Goalie Kurt Edwards faced 37 shots and stopped two of three in the shoot-out for the win.

The Wolves travel to Shelburne to face the 7-4 Muskies, Saturday, Dec. 16, at 8 p.m. They’ll return home Saturday, Dec. 23, to face the Lucknow Lancers at 7 p.m. It’s Ugly Sweater Night, so wear your Christmas best and enjoy the festive season in The Den!
