Regier, Tighe are club champions at Ainsdale Golf Course

Derek Regier defended his title of men's club champion, after two days of play at Ainsdale Golf Course, south of Kincardine, on the weekend.
Regier won “A” Flight, with gross scores of 76 and 77. The “B” Flight champion was Derek Elmes (81, 78); “C” Flight, Mike Tighe (85, 82); and “D” Flight, Dave Beamish (92, 87).

Ladies club champion was Denise Tighe (87, 87), with a playoff win over Donna Murray on Hole No. 1, also on the weekend.
HOLE-IN-ONE
Lauren Alexander (below) of Windsor scored a hole-in-one, Friday, at Ainsdale Golf Course. She made the shot on Hole No. 12, from 98 yards, with an eight-iron. Congratulations, Lauren!
