Perhaps Shoppers Drug Mart should run council as well as post office, says writer

The new Shoppers Drug Mart Canada Post outlet in Kincardine, unfortunately, is just another example of the continual deterioration of established Canadian/Ontario institutions that made our province the envy of the world.

A drug store becoming a post office? What next?

Our deputy mayor, who celebrated this occasion, may want to explain her support to our Canada Post employees/citizens when they are no longer required.

Who knows? Maybe Shoppers Drug Mart may venture into running our municipal politics and put our elected representatives out of work also. Neil Geoghegan
