The agricultural society is looking for Hay Crops to be judged and Jim Young is looking for anyone interested in having their fields judged - New Hay and Established - call 519-368-7177 to register.

The agricultural society is hosting a Bruce County Beef Dinner July 26. Tickets are on sale, get in touch with an executive member or call 519-368-7114. The agricultural society is also hosting, the same afternoon, a "Rise 2 Fame Talent Contest," partnering with the Western Fair, - two age groups: Juniors (six to 12) and Youth (13 to 21). Tiverton Knox Presbyterian Church

The WMS invites everyone to attend its "Friendship Meeting," Wednesday, June 10, at 2 p.m. Tiffany Love of the Women's House Serving Bruce and Grey, will be the quest speaker. Food and fellowship will follow the meeting.
 

The church will be holding a barbecue lunch, Monday, June 15, at 12 noon. Free-will donations welcome.
 

The church is holding a yard sale, Saturday, June 27, from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.

The Tiverton Baptist Church is celebrating its 160^th anniversary and invites everyone to an evening of food, fellowship and song, Sunday, June 7. Dinner served at 5 p.m., hymn sing at 6:30 p.m. and time of worship and celebration at 7 p.m. For more information, call 519-368-5602.

 

The Township of Bruce Historical Society is holding its annual dinner meeting, Friday, June 12, at the Bruce Township Community Centre in Underwood. The theme this year is “Our Weather Events,” with guest speaker Jay Campbell, the former CTV meteorologist. Display at 5:30 p.m., with dinner at 6:15 p.m. Tickets are $18 each. The Tiverton and District Lions Walk of Memories tree dedication ceremony is Sunday, June 21, at 2 p.m.

The Tiverton Lions will be holding a Poker Bike Rally in support of the CNIB, Saturday, June 27. Registration is at 9:30 a.m. at the Lions Hall, with wheels up at 11 a.m. Contact Lion Ron at 519-368-5386 for more information.
