Wallace “Fraser” Lamont of Kincardine, formerly of Bruce Township, died at home surrounded by his family, Friday, May 29, 2015, at the age of 83. Beloved husband of Dorothy (née Campbell). Dear father of Terry (Rhonda) Lamont of Port Elgin and Darlene (Scott) Stevens of Kincardine. Grandfather of Matt (Meaghan) Lamont of Port Elgin, Danielle (Wilco) Vaarkamp of Hagersville, McKenzie Stevens and Grant Stevens, both of Kincardine. Great-grandfather to Blake, Brendan, Brooke, Jaylin, Sydney, Deklan and Cody. Brother to Kent Lamont of Port Elgin. Predeceased by his son David, brothers Donald and Alex, and sisters Marion and Janette. Visitation will be held at the Davey-Linklater Funeral Home, 757 Princes Street, Kincardine, 519-396-2701, Tuesday, from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. The funeral will be held at the Underwood Community Centre, Wednesday, June 3, 2015, at 11 a.m. with Rev. Jenny Stephens officiating. Interment, Port Bruce Cemetery.
