David Ruxton of Kincardine died peacefully at home, with family by his side, Friday, Dec. 27, 2024, at the age of 90. Beloved husband of the late Pauline Ruxton (2014). Loving father of Bill Ruxton (Francine Hayes) of Toronto, and David Ruxton (Alison De La Mare) of RR2, Holyrood. Loved grandpa of Zach, Sadie, Jacob, Elizabeth and Abigail; and great-grandpa of Dean and Charlie. Fondly remembered by extended family, friends and neighbours. Visitation will be held at the Davey-Linklater Funeral Home, Kincardine, Wednesday, Jan. 1, 2025, from 2-4 p.m. A funeral mass will be held at St. Anthony of Padua Roman Catholic Church, Kincardine, Thursday, Jan. 2, 2025, at 11 a.m., with Father Thomas Manninezhath officiating. Interment, Kincardine Cemetery. Memorial donations to the Clothes Hamper Foundation, would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
