Mary Elizabeth Stone of Kincardine died peacefully, with family by her side, at the South Bruce Grey Health Centre, Kincardine, Monday, Nov. 30, 2015, at the age of 59. Beloved daughter of the late John and Isabel (McKay) Stone. Dear sister of Margaret (Elmer) Lamont of Kincardine and John (Rose) Stone of Oakville. Missed by her nieces, Shannon (Jeff) McLeod of Scotland, Ontario, Shelley (Adam) Purdon of Oshawa, Sandra (Bill) Kehoe of Dundas, and Elizabeth Stone of Oakville; and nephew, Michael Stone of Oakville. Fondly remembered by her grand-nieces and -nephews: Brayeden McLeod, Dylan McLeod, Mya McLeod, Aidan Purdon, Ryan Purdon, Allie Kehoe, Katie Kehoe and James Kehoe. Also survived by her aunts, Marilyn Stone of Tiverton, Doris Remington of Wingham and Marion McKay of Kincardine; and several cousins. Visitation was held at the Davey-Linklater Funeral Home, Kincardine, Wednesday, Dec. 2, 2015, where the funeral will be conducted in the chapel, Thursday, Dec. 3, 2015, at 1 p.m., with Rev. James Weir officiating. Interment Kincardine Cemetery. Memorial donations to Community Living of Kincardine and District or the charity of your choice would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
