William “Wayne” Catto of Kincardine, died at the South Bruce Grey Health Centre, Kincardine, Wednesday, Oct. 2, 2019 in his 71st year. Beloved husband of Heather Catto (née Bell). Cherished father of Cheryl Catto (Matt Schell) and Greg Catto, all of Alberta. Loving grandfather of Jordan (Kelsey), Dylan, Brandan, Keenan and Jaxxon. Dear brother of Ron (Betty Jean) of Kincardine, Merv (Jeanette Fleischer) of Sarnia, Nute of Kincardine, Don (Lorraine) of Hanover, Garry (Shirley) of Kincardine, Lloyd (Sue) of Kincardine, Ken (Debbie) of Tiverton, Donna (Fred) Schuler of Hamilton, Helen Carr of Tiverton and, Linda (Gerry) Brooks of Kincardine. Missed by his mother-in-law, Joyce Bell of Tiverton; brother-in-law, David Bell of Alberta; and sister-in-law, Tricia Zammit of Milton. Also missed by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Predeceased by his parents, John and Kathleen (McArthur); father-in-law, Chuck Bell; sisters-in-law, Marguerite Catto and Marg Catto; and brother-in-law, Jim Carr. Wayne worked at Bruce Power until his retirement. Visitation will be held at the Davey-Linklater Funeral Home, Kincardine, Saturday, Oct. 5, 2019, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. The funeral will follow at 1:30 p.m., with Rev. David Chang officiating. Final resting place, Tiverton Cemetery. Memorial donations to Huron Shores Hospice, the Kincardine and Community Health Care Foundation or Knox Presbyterian Church, Tiverton, would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy. |
