Marguerite Cecile Percival (née Arnold) of Kincardine, died peacefully, with family by her side, at the London Health Sciences Centre, Victoria Campus, Tuesday, Dec. 31, 2019, in her 81st year. Cherished wife of Robert “Bob” Percival. Loving mother of Heather Percival of Seaforth, David (Dianne) Percival of Brookfield, Nova Scotia, and Valerie Percival (Shawn Barber) of Ottawa. Dear grandmother of Craig Perkes, Stuart Perkes, Lauren Percival, Owen Barber and Theo Barber. Dearly missed by her brother, George (Marion) Arnold. Also missed by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Predeceased by her parents, William and Mary Arnold (née Patterson); and son-in-law Doug Perkes. Margie will be fondly remembered for her well-known kindness, gentle spirit and warm smile. Visitation will be held at the Davey-Linklater Funeral Home, Kincardine, Friday, Jan. 3, 2020, from 2-4 p.m., and 7-9 p.m. The funeral service in memory of Marguerite’s life, will take place at the Davey-Linklater Funeral Home, Saturday, Jan. 4, 2020, at 11 a.m., with Pastor Kenneth Craig officiating. Spring interment, Kincardine Cemetery. Memorial donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, Grey Bruce Animal Shelter, or the Saugeen Valley Conservation Foundation, would be appreciated as expression of sympathy. |
