Joan’s greatest joy was spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren and keeping up with all of their activities. She was a life-long member of the Women’s Institute, enjoyed helping and visiting with the Legion ladies, and each minute spent with the Ukulele Group was always special to her. Due to present restrictions, there will be a private family service. A larger celebration of Joan’s life will be held at a later date. Donations to the Wingham Hospital Ladies' Auxiliary or the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch 309, Lucknow, would be greatly appreciated as expressions of sympathy; arrangements entrusted to the MacKenzie and McCreath Funeral Home, Lucknow.
