Neil J. MacKenzie, beloved husband of Judy MacKenzie, of Ashfield Township, died at the Wingham and District Hospital, Tuesday, Aug. 4, 2020, at the age of 75. Born July 1, 1945, in Kincardine, he was the son of the late Rhoda (Cook) and Henry MacKenzie. Greatly missed by his children, Brian (Annette) MacKenzie, Neil John MacKenzie, and Erin (Chad) MacArthur; and grandchildren, Branson, Lane, Coye, Drayton, Brooke, Dallas, Jayce, Jenna and Coby. Also survived by his siblings, Marion Barrett of Scarborough, Jim (Ruth) MacKenzie of Point Clark, Lynda MacKenzie of Kincardine, and Barbara Hayden of Goderich; and sisters-in-law, Janet (Wayne) Nixon of Ripley and Joyce (David) Thompson of Guelph. Predeceased by brothers, Ross, Ray and Allan MacKenzie. It was well-known how much Neil loved his farm, his family, his friends and community. He always found the good in people.
