Oct. 15, 1980 - Oct. 8, 2020 Oct. 8, 2020, at Victoria Hospital in London, one of the sweetest souls we were fortunate enough to share our lives with, died. Chauncey Jackson of Kincardine was a generous, kind and selfless person and her time here was much too short. She found many ways to give to others, including not just the needs of her family but those of her community and friends. Her many loves included paddle-boarding on Lake Huron, snowshoeing and hiking, and she had a great love for animals of all kinds. The death of her husband, David Edward, Sept. 5, 2020, has made this time even more difficult and an unfathomable loss for their son, eight-year-old Sam. It is because of Chauncey’s enviably-positive outlook on life that we will remember her voice, hear her cajoling admonishings, and carry on. We will love her forever.
