James Grant “Jim” Alexander of Glammis, died peacefully, Sunday, Sept. 19, 2021, at the age of 90. Cherish husband of Eileen Alexander (née Stewart). Loving father of Steve (Pat) Alexander, Stuart (Nancy) Alexander, Sidney Alexander, Rick (Patti) Alexander, Randy (Karen) Alexander, and Sandra (Kevin) Stewart. Beloved grandfather of Brent, Stephanie, Melissa, Jenna, Chad, Peter, Tim, Dylan, Craig, Rustin, Kelsey and Krisinda; and great-grandfather of 15 great-grandchildren. Remembered by his sister-in-law, Kathy Stewart. Also missed by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Predeceased by his parents, Roy and Irene (née Moffat) Alexander; siblings, Ron (Anne) Alexander, Gladys (Clem) Fisher, and Murray Alexander; and brother-in-law, Don Stewart. Jim started working with Lloyd Hutton Transport out of Glammis, and he worked trucking until he retired at the age of 65. He and Eileen raised their family in Glammis.
