Kincardine hospital has on-line booking for blood work

If you want to book an appointment for blood work at the Kincardine hospital, you can now do it on-line.

The on-line booking system is now available for community lab collections at the South Bruce Grey Health Centre sites, including hospitals in Kincardine, Walkerton, Chesley and Durham, states a press release from the health centre, issued Monday.

Appointments can be booked on-line by visiting www.sbghc.on.ca and clicking ‘Book a Lab Appointment,’ or by calling patient registration at the site where you wish to book an appointment (dial the main line for the hospital and press zero to speak with patient registration).

Due to high call volumes, it is strongly recommended that appointments be booked on-line unless you do not have Internet access.

As of June 1, appointments are required for community lab collections to ensure proper physical-distancing for patient safety, and walk-ins are no longer accepted.
