Rain fails to deter car enthusiasts at second Kincardine Cruise Night
A splattering of rain did not deter a crowd of car enthusiasts from attending the second Cruise Night in downtown Kincardine Friday evening, July 31.
Numerous vintage and fancy sports cars lined Queen Street, while Harbour Street was home to a good number of motorcycles, including one homemade motorbike created by Declan Mowle of Kincardine.
Among the many vehicles were a 1950 Willy's Jeepster - a Shriners car owned by Dave Dunn of Point Clark; and a 1937 Ford truck.
Unfortunately, partway through the event, the storm clouds opened up and the ensuing downpour saw owners and spectators run for cover, essentially ending the evening.
The final Cruise Night of the summer season, runs Friday, Sept. 4, in downtown Kincardine.
