Driver will try walking for seven days after racing charge

(KINLOSS TWP, ON) – Aug. 24, at 10 a.m., a South Bruce OPP officer on patrol along Highway 9 in Kinloss Township, noticed a silver Pontiac Grand Prix moving at a high rate of speed. 

The vehicle's speed was displayed on radar at more than 130 km/h in a posted 80 km/h zone. The driver, 38-year-old Jason FELL of South Bruce Peninsula, was charged with race a motor vehicle. He is scheduled to appear in court Oct. 6, to answer to the charge.
