Smith captivates the crowd Friday night at Lucknow's Music in the Fields
Country music star Dallas Smith captivated the crowd Friday night at Lucknow's Music in the Fields.
Following the engaging warm-up acts, Runaway Angel and Jess Moskaluke, Smith erupted on stage with energy and enthusiasm, singing a fantastic repertoire of songs from the start to the finish of his one-and-a-half-hour performance. The British Columbia artist has talent and stage presence that wowed the audience.
It's was a terrific start to the sold-out weekend event, with a solid crowd of about 8,000 expected over the two days.
Smith joined all the artists in signing a guitar, created for Music in the Fields by Cithara Guitars, which was raffled off later.
Performing on the emerging-artist stage were Shae Dupuy, and Riverbend Gentlemen.
Besides the music, there were numerous vendors, selling food, clothing, cowboy hats, cowboy boots, and souvenirs.
