Congratulations to June and Earl Elliott who celebrated their 68th wedding anniversary Jan. 11. Joyce and John Farrell hosted a family gathering. Their family, the Beckers, Dropperts, the Lise, and the Nahwegahbows, also Nancy and Paul Greenwood of Goderich, Colleen and J.P. Greenwood and family, and Mary Anne Kukoly enjoyed a great time of food, fun and fellowship.
During the week, Joyce and John hosted neighbours for a meal, Sherry and Gan Griffin and children, to celebrate Sherry's birthday, as well as Carol and Brent Bowyer; and another evening, Gwen and Claire Gerber and family. All the neighbours are in Turnberry Township.
We hope all the Women's Institute ladies remember Wednesday, Jan. 14, is the potluck at the home of Fran Farrell (weather permitting, of course).
