Impaired driver charged after accident in Arran-Elderslie

(ARRAN-ELDERSLIE, ON) - Nov. 24, at 3:51 p.m., the South Bruce OPP received the report of a motor vehicle collision along Bruce County Road 11 in the Municipality of Arran-Elderslie.
On arrival, officers located a single vehicle in the ditch. The investigating officer detected signs of impairment from the driver. The driver was placed under arrest and transported to the South Bruce OPP detachment.
Hannah MORRIS, 35, of Arran-Elderslie was charged with:
- Refusal to comply with demand, CC 320.15(1)
- Dangerous Operation, CC 320.13(1)
The accused is set to appear in the Walkerton Court of Justice, Dec. 11.
