It was a cold, snowy, blustery evening, but a huge crowd braved the elements to watch the annual Kincardine Santa Claus Parade, Saturday evening, with the theme, “Home For the Holidays.”
Organized by the Kincardine and District Chamber of Commerce, the parade began at Connaught Park and wended its way along Broadway to Queen Street and then through downtown Kincardine to Victoria Park.
It featured numerous floats, including several businesses and organizations. There were also Kincardine fire trucks, transport trucks, a school bus, and several other vehicles.
Santa Claus brought up the end of the parade, and then took a few moments to visit with the children in the park.
