​Jaron Kerr is new Bruce County director of information technology services
Jaron Kerr (above) is the new director of information technology (IT) services for Bruce County.

As a member of the county’s senior leadership team, he will manage teams responsible for end-user computing, server and network infrastructure, software management, cyber security, and voice and data communications.

Kerr is a dynamic and experienced IT executive with a demonstrated history of developing and managing comprehensive IT strategies that align with corporate goals and enhance operational efficiency. He has held manager, supervisor, and analyst roles with the county since 2007, most recently as the infrastructure and operations manager responsible for strategic and operational leadership, vendor management, and oversight of the organizational IT systems and security.

He previously spent seven years in the private technology sector.
