Driver charged with impaired in Municipality of Kincardine
(KINCARDINE, ON) - Dec. 1, at 12:24 p.m., the South Bruce OPP received a traffic complaint about a vehicle along Bruce County Road 20, in the Municipality of Kincardine.
On arrival, officers located a single vehicle stuck in the snow. The investigating officer detected signs of impairment from the driver who was placed under arrest and transported to the South Bruce OPP detachment.
Jason LEEDER, 50, of Saugeen Shores was charged with:
- Refusal to comply with demand, CC 320.15(1)
- Operation while Impaired, CC 320.14(1)(a)
The accused is set to appear in the Walkerton Court of Justice, Jan. 19, 2025.
