​Kincardine Bulldogs face elimination in semi-final series against Hanover
The Kincardine Bulldogs are facing elimination as the Hanover Barons have taken three games straight in their North Pollock Division semi-final series in the PJHL playoffs.

Hanover hosted Game 1, Friday night, and won, 6-2.

Scoring for the Bulldogs, were Carter Servais from Trent Houghton; and Houghton from Callum Snedden and Jordan Moulton.

Kincardine goalie Sebastian Moncada made 21 saves on 25 shots, while goalie Ryan Tanner made six saves on eight shots.

Saturday night, at the Davidson Centre in Kincardine, the Barons again dominated the ‘Dogs, taking Game 2, with a 7-4 win.

Goal-scorers for Kincardine, were Dustin Heipel from Chad Lawrence and Cooper Schneider; Heipel from Lawrence and Jordan Beisel; Servais from Caeleb Bowler and Moulton; and Aiden Yarde from Beisel and Bowler.

Moncada made 28 saves on 35 shots.

Game 3 was back in Hanover, Monday night, and the Barons took a 5-2 win.

The Bulldogs fought hard, slamming in two goals early in the first period. Yarde scored, unassisted; and Beisel scored from Moulton and Lawrence.

But that was it for offence, as Hanover came roaring back with five goals and the win.

Kincardine goalie Tanner made 39 saves on 43 shots.

The Bulldogs are now on the ropes as they face elimination in Game 4, tomorrow night (March 12) at the Davidson Centre in Kincardine. Game time is 7:30 p.m.

If necessary, Game 5 is in Hanover, March 14, at 8 p.m.; Game 6 is back in Kincardine, March 15, at 8 p.m.; and Game 7 is in Hanover, March 29, at 7:30 p.m.
