South Bruce OPP investigating suspicious house fire in Amberley

(HURON-KINLOSS, ON) - The South Bruce OPP is investigating a suspicious fire at Amberley.

April 3, at 10:16 p.m., the South Bruce OPP, Lucknow Fire Department, and Kincardine Fire and Emergency Services responded to a structure fire at a residential property along Bruce County Road 86, in the Township of Huron-Kinloss.

Police closed a section of Bruce County Road 86 while crews fought the fire.

Members of the South Bruce OPP Crime Unit and the OPP Forensic Identification Services attended the scene to assist with the investigation as fire officials deemed the fire to be suspicious.

All resources have since cleared the scene. There were no injuries in the blaze, and the investigation is ongoing.
