Kincardine junior curling has great weekend at elementary provincials
The Kincardine junior curling teams had a great weekend at elementary provincials.

Team Hunter (skip Madeline Hunter, vice Natalie Court, second Tillie McLaughlin and lead Riley Bridge) finished ninth in the province (of 64).

Team Devine (skip Kai Devine, vice Chuck Newton, second Quinn Drennan, lead Max Tibben) came top eight in the “B” event.

Grey-Bruce had a great showing, with four teams in the top 16 (Kincardine, Allenford, Williamsford, Port Elgin).

Our second season of the Grey Bruce Minor League will kick off again in November, with nine member clubs and 25 teams. The league is looking for a title sponsor (at a very reasonable rate). Contact the Kincardine Curling Club for inquiries.

Juniors curling is very strong and growing in Kincardine!
