Driver charged with impaired after collision
(ARRAN-ELDERSLIE, ON) - May 14, at 8:22 p.m., the South Bruce OPP received the report of a motor vehicle collision along Bruce County Road 10, Municipality of Arran-Elderslie.
On arrival, officers observed a single motor vehicle had left the roadway and rolled. The investigating officer detected signs of impairment from the involved driver.
Mitchell GRAVEL, 24, of Orangeville was charged with:
- Impaired Operation, CC 320.14(1)(a)
- Dangerous Operation, CC 320.13(1)
- Refusal to comply with demand, CC 320.15(1)
The accused is set to appear in the Walkerton Court of Justice, June 25, 2025.
