​Golf Fore Kids’ Sake raises $32,500 for local Big Brothers and Big Sisters
The Golf Fore Kids’ Sake has raised $32,500 for Big Brothers and Big Sisters of South Bruce North Huron.

Presented by NPX, the golf tournament was held Saturday, at Ainsdale Golf Course, and drew 29 teams.

This is one of the biggest annual fund-raisers for the agency, with 100 per cent of the proceeds going to support young people in Southern Bruce and Northern Huron counties. The tournament featured competition holes, a putting contest, prizes and more.

The women’s team winners were Sara Scott, Maggie Young, Steph Stanley and Deirdre Carroll of the Kincardine area.

The men’s team winners were the Divot Dudes: Tim Walpole, Jamie Elder, Aaron Carpell, Rick Audette of the Owen Sound area.
