South Bruce Grey Health Centre begins strategic planning exercise for 2026-30
The South Bruce Grey Health Centre is beginning its next strategic planning cycle to guide the work in the coming years and set directions that will shape the future of health care in the southern part of Grey and Bruce counties. The current strategic plan expires this year.
Engaging with staff, physicians, patients, families and community stakeholders is a key part of the process to ensure that the plan is reflective of the needs of the communities and the desired culture of the organization.
People are asked to share their thoughts, input and ideas by completing a short on-line survey. The survey is confidential, and you will not be required to provide any personal information, unless you would like to identify your interest in participating in a strategic planning focus group at the end of the survey.
The survey is available on-line at
www.surveymonkey.com/r/YX22FKB.
Paper copies of the survey are also available at patient registration at each of health centre’s four hospital sites: Kincardine, Walkerton, Chesley and Durham.
The survey will remain open until July 25.
