Marcel Gaudreault of Tiverton dies at the age of 68
Marcel Oliva Gaudreault of Tiverton, died peacefully at home, with his family by his side, Sunday, July 27, 2025. He was 68.
Beloved husband of Corinne (née MacIvor).
Loving father of Crystal Gaudreault (James Houle) and Patrick Gaudreault.
Lovingly remembered by his siblings, Thérèse Gilbert (Ron Beaudoin), Hélène Belliveau, Rachel Shier, and Lorraine Gaudreault, all of Timmins; and Guy Gaudreault (Vicky) of Hamner.
Fondly remembered by his in-laws, Denise MacIvor, and Glenn MacIvor, both of Kincardine, Lindsay MacIvor (Julie) of North Bay, and John MacIvor (Lynn) of Timmins. Remembered by his nieces, nephews, large extended family, and many friends and neighbours.
Predeceased by his parents, Rose Alma (née McLean) and Gloria Gaudreault; his sisters, Jeannine Gaudreault and Denise Bergeron; and brothers-in-law, Romain Bergeron and Médèric Belliveau.
In keeping with Marcel’s wishes, cremation has taken place.
A private memorial service will be held in Timmins at a later date.
Marcel had two great loves in his life, his family and his dogs. Daily walks with Corinne and the dogs, down by Inverhuron, brought him peace and great joy.
