Ladies fitness co-op donates to Kincardine Food Bank
Over the past month, the Kincardine Ladies Fitness Co-operative has been collecting non-perishable items for the Kincardine Food Bank.
Wednesday, several members gathered for a photo with the huge box full of an assortment of food and other items, as well as gift cards and financial donations for the cause.
The donation was to be presented to the food bank, Thursday.
Located at 226 Queen Street South in Kincardine, the gym has been in operation for 10 years and has collected for the food bank every year at Christmas time.
The ladies fitness co-op has about 35 members and provides a circuit of exercises which is considered the best strength-training program for women.
Gathered around their generous donation to the Kincardine Food Bank, are members of the Kincardine Ladies Fitness Co-op, Heather Finnie (left), Ann Larocque, Audrey Weber, Nancy Hartford, Beckie Graham, Thelma Godfrey and Anne Bromfield
