Highway 21 in Kincardine area re-opened early Saturday morning
Highway 21, from Amberley to Port Elgin, was re-opened early Saturday morning.
The South Bruce OPP reported that as of 12:53 a.m., Jan. 31, the highway was open.
It was closed Friday evening, due to blowing and drifting snow and poor-to-no visibility.
Next week there will be a bit of sunshine, but it will be mainly snowy, windy and cold.
