"Let’s Talk About Grief" support sessions return to the community

Huron Shores Hospice has announced the return of its free "Let’s Talk About Grief" support sessions for the community. These monthly gatherings provide a welcoming and supportive space for anyone navigating grief after the loss of a loved one.
Grief can be overwhelming and isolating. These sessions bring people together in a safe, non-judgmental environment to listen, share experiences, and connect with others who understand the emotional journey of loss. Each drop-in session allows participants to reflect, feel heard, and find comfort in community at their own pace.
"Let’s Talk About Grief" sessions are free to attend and take place one Saturday per month, from 1-3 p.m., at Kincardine United Church, 721 Princes Street, Kincardine. Coming events include:
- Feb. 21
- March 14
- April 11
These informal sessions are open to all adults who have experienced loss. No registration is required, although RSVPs are appreciated. Participants are welcome to attend whenever they feel ready to engage in conversation and community.
Huron Shores Hospice believes that no one should have to walk through grief alone. “Let’s Talk About Grief” offers a compassionate space where people can show up as they are, share what feels right for them, and feel supported by others on similar paths.
