​Ripley Wolves to face Shelburne in Round 1 of OEHL playoffs

The Ripley Wolves will face the Shelburne Muskies in Round 1 of the Ontario Elite Hockey League (OEHL) playoffs.

Although the Wolves finished in top spot in the North Division, Game 1 will be played in Shelburne, Friday, Feb. 13, at 8 p.m. to allow the Wolves players to take part in the Ripley Winter Carnival festivities, Saturday, Feb. 14, through the annual skills competition for local youth.

Game 2 will close out the carnival festivities with a 7:30 p.m. puck drop, at the Ripley Arena. It will also be sponsor appreciation night, so join the Wolves in thanking our fantastic sponsors who are so important to our success each season.

Game 3 will be in Shelburne, Friday, Feb. 20, at 8 p.m., with Game 4 back in Ripley, Saturday, Feb. 21, at 7 p.m.

Games 5-7, if necessary, are still to be scheduled.

The Wolves won both meetings between the teams this season.
