​Carol Bradley, formerly of Kincardine, dies at the age of 82
Carol Ann Bradley, formerly of Kincardine, died Thursday, April 2, 2026, in the presence of her family, at Royal Victoria Hospital in Barrie, following a brief illness, at the age of 82.

Survived by her husband of 58 years, Justice William Bradley; their children, Julia, Melissa and Ian; and grandchildren, Emma, Norah, William, and Andrew.

Carol had a life filled with personal achievements. A high school valedictorian, a graduate of Western University, a teaching career commencing with Eastwood Collegiate in Kitchener and ending with Newmarket High School where her students called her “Mama B.” She enriched the lives of hundreds of students.

Her favourite past time in recent years was doing Word Searches and reading. She and her husband loved travelling throughout Canada and the United States, and especially the many European countries they travelled with their dear friends, Betty Ann and Theo Wolder.

Carol’s family thanks the wonderful, compassionate care the doctors, nurses, and staff of Royal Victoria Hospital, Barrie, provided to Carol.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, April 8, 2026, from 6-8 p.m., at the Davey-Linklater Funeral Home, Kincardine.

The funeral will be held Thursday, April 9, 2026, at 11 a.m., at the funeral home, followed by a reception.

Interment, Kincardine Cemetery.

As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Humane Society of Ontario would be appreciated by the family.
