Kincardine Lions raise more than $20,000 at Giant Yard Sale

The Kincardine and District Lions Club held its most successful Giant Yard Sale ever, on the weekend, raising more than $20,000 for the All-Wheel Park at Lions Park, located beside the Davidson Centre in Kincardine.

The Lions thank everyone who contributed to the yard sale, and said the public was “extremely forthcoming" with donations to the sale, and overwhelming with generosity on the day of the sale.

The giant yard sale began almost 30 years ago, with a few tables outside in the Zehrs parking lot, and has grown considerably.

Thanks also to the club members, significant others and volunteers from the community, who assisted with the event this year.
