Linda Emmerton of Lucknow dies at the age of 78

Linda Ruth (Bogues) Emmerton of Lucknow died peacefully at Pinecrest Manor Long-Term Care Home, Lucknow, Tuesday, July 21, 2026, in her 79th year.

Loving wife of the late Lorne.

Beloved mom of Lori and her husband, Tim Weber; and Cindy Emmerton.

Proud grandma of Brent (Kim), and Bobbi-Jo (Matt); and great-grandma of Walter and Wilhelmina.

Predeceased by her parents, Bill and Ruth (nee Balkwill) Bogues.

A private interment will be held at the Kincardine Cemetery.

A Celebration of Linda’s life will be held Saturday, Sept. 12, 2026, from 2-5 p.m., at The Bruce, 750 Queen Street, Kincardine.
