Huron County OPP investigate weapons incident in Goderich

(GODERICH, ON) - The Huron County OPP is investigating a weapons incident in Goderich.

Tuesday, July 28, at approximately 6:40 p.m., officers responded to a call at an abandoned building near a group of local businesses on Huron Road, Goderich.

Officers determined that the weapons were toy pellet guns, and six individuals were initially detained for investigation but later released. No injuries were reported, and there is no threat to public safety. Huron OPP thanks the public for its patience and co-operation.
