H&H Trio to perform at Knox Church, Kincardine, Oct. 16

Knox Presbyterian Church, Kincardine, is hosting the H&H Trio, Friday, Oct. 16, from 7-9 p.m.

This group features some of the best vocalists and musicians in Bruce County. It consists of sopranos Liz Coates and Erin Milley-Patey and baritone John Low, offering a wide-ranging repertoire of songs.

From pop, sacred tunes, and jazz, to opera trios and international and Canadian folk songs, the group’s love for music and desire to entertain translate into a memorable evening of music.

The trio enjoys the opportunity to sing "a cappella" plus close harmonies, with accompaniment.

The dynamite collaborative piano team of Adrian Little and Christine Edwards, better known as the Hammers and Strings Duo, will also bring its varied repertoire to this musical evening.

Tickets are $25 each and can be purchased at the church, Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to Noon; at Penetangear in downtown Kincardine, or at the door.

As part of its ongoing commitment to serving the community, this year, Knox Church is providing donations to much-needed local and county-wide organizations, such as the Kincardine Food Bank, Big Brothers and Big Sisters of South Bruce North Huron, Women’s House Serving Bruce and Grey, the Knox Scholarship Fund for a graduating student entering a social science program, and the Kincardine and Community Health Care Foundation.
