Active Living 55-plus hosting seniors forum, Oct. 2, in Kincardine

"Life by Design - A Showcase of Possibilities" is a one-day seniors forum, hosted by Active Living 55-plus, Oct. 2, from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., at the Davidson Centre in Kincardine.

Adults, aged 55 and older, can discover new possibilities for living a full and meaningful life, with guest speakers, live demonstrations, community connections and information, ranging from wellness and recreation to financial confidence and planning for the future.

Attendees can explore a diverse range of local organizations, businesses and interest groups, enjoy refreshments and lunch, and be inspired by the many ways to stay curious, connected and engaged at every stage of life.

The event is free and open to everyone, aged 55-plus.
