Signs, sunshine and Splash Pad donation
It was a week of signs, sunshine and a donation to the Kincardine Lions Club Splash Pad project.
Tuesday, workers were repairing an Ontario road sign along Highway 21 after it was damaged by a snow plow.
Meanwhile, the "Free Parking" sign on Princes Street, Kincardine, has suffered damage and is now upside down pointing motorists in the opposite direction of the parking lot, when they're heading south - the northbound sign is correct.
Thursday afternoon, there was some glorious sunshine peeking through the clouds, along Highway 21, north of Tiverton.
And last week, Lynda Cain of Ontario Power Generation (OPG) was on hand to present a cheque for $10,000 to the Kincardine Lions Club Splash Pad project.
