South Bruce OPP report theft of copper wire, lawn ornaments

POLICE INVESTIGATING COPPER WIRE THEFT
 

(BRUCE TWP, ON) – June 6, at 3:09 p.m., the South Bruce OPP received the report of a theft at a hydro switching station located in the 500 block of Concession 2 in Bruce Township. 

Sometime between 5 p.m. June 3, and 12 p.m. June 6, a number of one-metre lengths of No. 2-gauge copper wire was taken. There is no estimated value for the stolen property available at this time.
 

POLICE LOOKING FOR STOLEN LAWN ORNAMENTS
 

(BRANT TWP, ON) – June 5, at 12:10 p.m., the South Bruce OPP received the report of a theft at a residence in the 200 block of Sideroad 30 in Brant Township. 

Sometime between 11 p.m. June 4, and 6 a.m. June 5, a number of lawn ornaments was taken. The list of stolen property includes a four-foot beige angel, 25 solar lights, two cement bulldogs and a black/white cement Holstein cow. There is no estimated value for the stolen property available at this time.
