Sunshine brings out the golden brilliance of late fall

It's hard to believe this past weekend was the first one in November, with the sunshine and double-digit temperatures.

After a cool morning, Friday, the weather warmed up and the sun shone for the rest of the weekend.

This glorious sunshine brought out the golden brilliance of the leaves, at least where the wind hadn't blown them away. There are still some magnificent spots of colour here and there to enjoy, if you happen to be travelling out and about.

The warm weather is expected to continue all week, with a bit of rain in the forecast, including Remembrance Day on Friday.
