No injuries in collision between car and school bus in Kincardine Monday morning

(MUNICIPALITY OF KINCARDINE, ON) - Monday, Feb. 23, at about 8:24 a.m., the South Bruce OPP received the report of a motor vehicle collision between a school bus and a car on Walsh Street, just north of Russell Street, in the Town of Kincardine.
 

The driver of a First Canada school bus, carrying 17 students, ages four to 10, had missed a turn onto MacKendrick Drive, stopped, then reversed the bus and as a result, collided with the front end of a 2009 Pontiac Vibe driven by a 30-year-old Kincardine woman.
 

There were no injuries reported. The Pontiac sustained moderate damage as a result of the collision.
 

Charles Frederick CRAWFORD, 59, of Goderich, was issued a Provincial Offence Notice for Start from Stopped Position – Not in Safety, under the Highway Traffic Act.
