(ASHFIELD-COLBORNE-WAWANOSH, ON) - Huron County OPP officers are investigating the theft of a Polaris Sportsman All-Terrain Vehicle (ATV) that was stolen from a Westmount Line residence, near Goderich.
The vehicle had been chained up to a tree on the owner’s front lawn as he was in the process of trying to sell the machine. The theft took place sometime between 8 p.m. June 23, and 2 p.m. June 24.
The stolen ATV is described as a blue, 4x4, 2004 Polaris Sportsman with a 400-cc engine. The machine had a black metal storage rack on the back.
The ATV is valued at approximately $2,800.
