Police recover body of missing swimmer Lucas Johnson

(LAKE HURON, ON) – The South Bruce OPP has recovered the body of missing swimmer, Lucas Johnson.

The 16-year-old Goderich boy disappeared in Lake Huron, off the shores of Kincardine, Sunday afternoon (Aug. 2). He was last seen near the south pier at the Kincardine Harbour.

His body was recovered by Underwater Search and Recovery Unit divers shortly after 3 p.m., Tuesday (Aug. 4).

The South Bruce OPP appreciates the assistance of the public with this investigation.
